Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex RF awareness and spectrum management projects specifically for government clients. This role involves managing large-scale and/or multiple concurrent projects related to RF technology and spectrum analysis within the context of federal acquisitions. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of these projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they align with federal acquisition processes and meet both business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an NTIA grant project from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and federal agencies to ensure alignment with grant requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, financial reports, and other documentation required by the grant.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and guidelines related to the grant.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and submit applications for further grants.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on grant management and federal projects.
  • Familiarity with federal and agency-specific procurement regulations and directives, including understanding the Federal acquisition lifecycle.
  • Experience in creating Acquisition Plans (APs), reviewing or drafting Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO), as well as conducting market research.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience working with DoD or defense contractors is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
